The administration of the donations by the Dollar-Help board and the United Way, with the voluntary assistance of several social service organizations in Eastern Missouri and numerous area energy vendors, as well as Laclede Gas Company’s contribution of administrative and support services, makes it possible that every dollar donated to Dollar-Help passes directly to qualified recipient households.
